The Spurs punched the Warriors right in the dick and beat them by 29.  So the superteam will not go undefeated, which is a bit of a let down right out of the gate.

Steve Kerr is still saying that Steph Curry's injuries were no excuse to lose The Finals, but the way he's saying makes it sound and awful lot like an excuse.

Steve Kerr coached his ass off for the Warriors 70th win of the season.   They have three games left with a chance to beat the Bulls record of 72 wins in a season.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr came back last night to coach his first game of the season.  Show Off Steph Curry wasn't going to let Kerr have all the attention.

Curry recorded a triple double and hit two half court shots.  The first one he made from half court didn't count.  But that didn't stop him from draining one before half time.

I didn't hear him call bank on that second one...weak.

Mark Jackson was of course the Warriors head coach from 2011-2014.  He deserves a lot of credit for helping turn this franchise around.

Under Jackson the Warriors reached the playoffs in consecutive seasons.  Jackson was fired after the team's first 50 win season since the 93-94 season.

Seeing Steve Kerr celebrating what he helped build has to make him sick.

If you didn't know then you weren't watching last night or had the sound down, because Mark Jackson used to be the coach the Warriors.  As he mentioned several times.

After the Warriors advanced to the Finals with new head coach Steve Kerr, Jackson got a little choked up.  Probably thinking that could have been us.

Making matters worse was the fact that some of his former players came up and showed him some love after the game.
