The Celtics are back in their series with the Atlanta after picking up a win.  It wasn't without some entertainment.  Marcus Smart flopped his ass off with a playoff level flop.

This is one of the better .6 second inbounds plays you'll ever see.  Marcus Smart caught the ball and shot it all in one motion with one hand and it went in.

Carmelo Anthony missed a shot after Marcus Smart pulled of the flop of the season.  It looks like Melo was in shock by how bad Smart's flop was.

Marcus Smart dove for a loose ball during a summer league game on Thursday and ended up with a couple of fingers pointing in the wrong direction.  Despite the gruesome look of the injury, it appears as if he avoided serious injury.

Just because he avoided a major injury doesn't mean it wasn't without pain.  You can clearly hear him screaming in pain.

Lucky for him he escaped with just pain and not an major injury.

Marcus Smart was ejected from tonight's game against the Spurs because he punched Matt Bonner in the dick.  He seriously just decided to punch Bonner in the crotch as punishment for being screened I guess.

This is the second time this month that Smart has been ejected from the game.  I think he likes having the showers to himself.  This type of play right here is completely uncalled for, he didn't even attempt to hide the fact that he was hitting Bonner in the twig and berries.  He wound up and just swung his entire arm at him.

Smart probably deserves a game or two suspension for this dirty play.

Marcus Smart was ejected for throwing an elbow while driving to the basket.  He somehow was able to elbow the defender while driving with the basketball.  Takes some skill to do that.

But it's also against the rules and was found to be a flagrant two, which equals an automatic ejection.

Celtics rookie Marcus Smart stepped on an opponent's foot as he went up for a shot and rolled his ankle hard.  Smart stayed on the floor grabbing his lower leg.

Eventually the rookie would have to be carted off of the court with what is probably a significant lower leg injury.

The Celtics first round pick, Marcus Smart, has clearly learned how to flop at the NBA level.  The flop is one that LeBron and D Wade would be proud of.

But the rookie didn't get the call.  Not because he was a rookie, but because he clearly wasn't touched.

The results are in and Jeff Orr is more to blame for the incident that lead to him getting pushed by Marcus Smart.  I agree!  Orr is a grown man and shouldn't be yelling anything at a kid like that.

There is video from a camera that Marcus Smart crashed into as he went to the floor in it there is clearly someone yelling above everyone else, the only problem is you can't hear exactly what is is said.  Is is Jeff Orr?  Probably, did he use the N Word?  Doesn't sound like it.  It does kind of sound like he called him a piece of crap but it's not clear enough to tell for sure, hopefully someone can enhance it.

"Mr. Smart's actions were a clear violation of the Big 12 Conference's Sportsmanship and Ethical Conduct Policy," Commissioner Bob Bowlsby said in a statement Sunday. 

"Such behavior has no place in athletics, and will not be tolerated. I appreciate the efforts of Oklahoma State University athletics director Mike Holder in addressing this matter, and believe this is an appropriate response to an inappropriate action."

The Texas Tech "super" fan who was shoved released a statement:

Meanwhile, the fan that Smart confronted, Jeff Orr, apologized to Smart, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech coach Tubby Smith and the university for calling Smart a "piece of crap." Orr called his actions "inappropriate" and voluntarily agreed not to attend any more Texas Tech men's basketball games for the remainder of the season.

"I want to make it known that I did not use a racial slur of any kind," Orr added. "Additionally, I would like to offer my apologies to Texas Tech fans that have been embarrassed by the attention this incident has created."

Sounds a little suspect to me.  While he did admit to saying something to him do we really believe Smart would have shoved him for being called a piece of crap?  He's definitely attempting to minimize his actions and put it behind him as quickly as he can.  And if that was all he said why would he volunteer not to attend anymore games this year?

I'm not buying that!

Marcus Smart shoved a Texas Tech fan after falling down in front of the fan in the final seconds of Oklahoma State's loss.  Smart immediately said that the fan, who turns out to be a "super fan", called him the N word.

Now I know you don't physically confront people in the stands but if the super fan, who has been identified as Jeff Orr, called him the N word he's lucky a shove is all he got.
