The Eagles Asked Ron Jaworski's Crazy Ass To Help Search For Their New Head Coach
As if you needed any more proof that the Philadelphia Eagles have no idea what they're doing, they asked Ron Jaworski to help in their coaching search. What possible reason would anyone ask his crazy ass to help out with a coaching search?
According to Jaws the Eagles reached out to him the day Chip Kelly was let go, via 97.5 The Fanatic:
Assuming he didn't make it, this just speaks volumes about the levels of madness in Philly and it fully explains the Doug Pederson hire.

Trent Dilfer Thinks The 49ers Made A Good Decision Hiring Chip Kelly
I guess Trent Dilfer didn't see Chip Kelly run the Eagles into the ground in just three years.
Sure Kelly had GM resposibilities as well in Philly, but he also had no idea how to use the previous year's leading rusher. On top of all that the 49ers are a terrible team.
I guess the only positive thing this time around is that Kelly won't be the GM, making all those Madden moves.

Patriots Fans Called Chip Kelly After The Eagles Fired Him And He Answered
These Patriots fans called up and spoke to Chip Kelly after the Eagles fired him. According to the story on YouTube one of their friends worked at a country club Kelly was a guest at and got his number one night when Kelly was drunk:
Back story is as follows: "So this girl we were with last night... Worked at portsmouth country club in new hampshire. Kelly is from mew hampshire. He was a 3 day guest there, and she was kinda like an assistant for him while he was there. She said one night him and his buddies were wasted and said here take my phone number in case you lose me"It sure as hell sounds like Kelly on the other end. The Patriots fan managed to get a go Pats in there at the end before the end of the call.
Not once did Kelly ask who it was and how he got the number. A little strange, but it did sound like Kelly.

Or maybe he had a stroke, or lost his voice, or was nauseous. I'm not sure what Sal Paolantonio could have possibly added to this news anyway.
It's pretty clear why Chip Kelly was canned, he didn't want to give up GM responsibilities and he was a terrible GM.
What took the Eagles so long? He should have been fired the same night the Eagles lost to the Redskins and the playoffs hopes were gone.

I think it would be very difficult to find an Eagles fan who wasn't happy with the Chip Kelly firing. He spent the better part of his time in Philly remaking the roster into a team that will not make the playoffs.

DeMarco Murray Fumbled And Handed The Redskins The NFC East
In a division that nobody wanted, the Redskins won it. The Eagles certainly didn't want to win the division.
DeMarco Murray fumbled the division away and it was picked up and run in for a touchdown by the Redskins.
This should be the end of Chip Kelly in Philadelphia.

LeSean McCoy's much talked about return to Philly ended in disappointment as the Bills lost 23-20 to the Eagles. If there were any doubts about Shady's feelings he cleared those up by throwing his helmet into the locker room after the game.

Herm Edwards Lost His Damn Mind On NFL Live
The LeSean McCoy-Chip Kelly fued made Herm Edwards lose his damn mind.
They were discussing the fued on NFL Live due to recent comments Shady made about Kelly ahead of this weekend's game between the Eagles and Bills. That's when Herm lost his damn mind and had an epic meltdown.
I have no idea what his point was, but he sure went after the media and players with egos.

The Best Thing About The Eagles Is Their Trainer's Mustache
If there were any doubts about how badly Chip Kelly has screwed up the Philadelphia Eagles, they were completely erased on Thanksgiving. The Lions destroyed them 45-14.
There was one bright spot in all of the darkness. The Eagles trainer and his awesome mustache.
I was told by a chick on twitter that he's a Philly celeb @TrainerJoeO. Of course he is, how could he not be with a mustache like that?
Trainer Joe is the only thing worthy of mentioning from yesterday's game for the Eagles.

Haha The Redskins Beat The Eagles
The Eagles have dropped 3 of their first 4 games. The Redskins beat them with a touchdown pass at the end of the game.
Kirk Cousins found Pierre Garcon in the end zone for the winning touchdown. Garcon took a pretty good shot, but held on for the win.
The Chip Kelly system looks pretty ugly right now and the Eagles are digging a hole for themselves.

DeMarco Murray Jumped Over A Defender For The Eagles Only Highlight
The Philadelphia Eagles offense has been pitiful in the first two games of the season. Chip Kelly's "system" looks to have some serious flaws.
Last week DeMarco Murray, last year's leading rusher, had only 9 yards on 8 carries. This week against his former team he somehow managed to tally less yards. Murray had 2 yards on 13 carries.
The lone highlight of the day for both Philly and Murray came when the running back hurdled a defender.

The Eagles Have Some Interesting Hand Signals This Season
The Eagles lost a close game to the Falcons to kickoff this season's first Monday night. During the game a couple Eagles coaches were spotted using some interesting hand signals.

Eagles linebacker Kiko Alonso made one of the best one handed interceptions you'll ever see a linebacker make. Not only would Odell Beckham be proud of the catch it took place in the end zone, keeping the Falcons from scoring.
It's really a hell of a play by Alonso. No wonder Chip Kelly wanted this guy.

Bills running back LeSean McCoy and a couple of his former Eagles teammates, who are now on the Colts, posed for a picture together on Sunday. Shady is still not over his departure from Philly.

Tim Tebow Was Cut By The Eagles And Replaced With A Jaguars Cut
It seemed as if Tim Tebow had done enough to make the Philadelphia Eagles roster as the third string quarterback. He outplayed Matt Barkley in the final preseason game and then the Eagles sent Barkley to Arizona via a trade.
Well it wasn't enough. The Eagles cut Tebow anyway. He was of course very gracious and he thanked the Eagles and Chip Kelly.

Tim Tebow has a good shot at making the Eagles. I'm pretty sure Tebow would say something similar to God wants him on the Eagles or it's God's plan or something.
The only question is what does that mean for Matt Barkley? Chip Kelly has named Barkley the starter for the Eagles final preseason game. Is it indeed his final shot to make the team or is Kelly attempting to show the rest of the league what Barkley can do?
It's kind of hard to root against Tebow, the kid works hard.
