Matt Harvey, Wilmer Flores, Jacob DeGrom, and David Wright were all guests on Jimmy Kimmel.  Of course they have a little time to do talk shows before the World Series starts on Tuesday.

The audience was very into the Mets and even did a Let's Go Mets chant for good measure.

The Mets beat the Dodgers and Clayton Kershaw 3-1 in game 1 last night.  Because that's what Kershaw does, he loses in the postseason.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly had a choice to make before the game, start Kershaw or Zach Greinke.  He went Kershaw despite his tendency to lose postseason games.

Not only does Kershaw lose in the postseason but Greinke had a better season this year and should have started.

Jacob DeGrom was lights out for the Mets making it a fairly easy win for the Mets.  That sense of calm carried into their post game interview where they messed with each other's chairs.

The Mets look really tough.

Jacob DeGrom was either not happy with being lifted, or his performance, or he just heard the Mets are paying Bobby Bonilla more than they're paying him this season.

Whatever it was the Gatorade cooler took the punch for it.  We'll probably hear later this weekend that he's being placed on the disabled list for a fractured hand.
