The Dwight Gooden and Darryl Strawberry saga is in full swing.  Strawberry kicked off the latest battle between the former teammates by claiming Gooden was back on drugs during a radio interview.  Doc fired back last night trashing Strawberry, calling him Lucifer and claiming he's cheating on his wife.



Via New York Post: “He’s trying to take the heat off himself, people who [are] in glass houses do not throw stones,” Gooden told The Post on Monday night, saying he’s been clean four years, since coming out of rehab. “He’s cheating on his wife, he’s having an affair with people.”

“… Darryl has a drug rehab in his name, he is supposed to be a pastor. I call him Lucifer. … [Going public] was a weak shot, and he did it to make himself look better, because he is running a drug rehab.”

Wow this is went from 0 to 100 in no time at all.  Someone should set up a celebrity boxing match for these two with the loser getting all the alcohol and drugs their body can handle.
