Cubs Manager Joe Maddon Weighed In On Not Visiting The White House "It’s Dangerous When Folks In Our Country Stop Respecting The Seat Of The President"

Everyone is weighing in on Trump's comments about NFL protests and his announcement that Steph Curry wouldn't receive an invite to the White House.

Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon got in on the fun and gave his opinion, via Chicago Sun Times:

“It’s dangerous when folks in our country stop respecting the White House and the seat of the president,” Maddon told reporters. “It’s not a good situation.

“With all due respect to everybody, I just believe that we need to get our acts together collectively, all of us.”

The Cubs did visit the White House earlier this year following their World Series last season.
