Aaron Hernandez's Lawyer Announced That The Deceased NFL Star Had Severe CTE At The Time Of His Death

Aaron Hernandez's lawyer, Jose Baez, held a press conference on Thursday afternoon to announce that Hernandez had a severe case of CTE at the time of his suicide.

Baez also announced that he will be suing the NFL and the New England Patriots on behalf of Hernandez's daughter, via WCVB5:

“Aaron Hernandez had an advanced, stage 3 of CTE, which is normally found in the median age of a 67-year-old man,” Baez said.

Baez also announced that the legal team is suing the NFL and the New England Patriots on behalf of Hernandez’s daughter. Shayanna Jenkins, Hernandez's girlfriend and the mother of his daughter, stood beside Baez as he made the announcement.

The fact that Hernandez had severe CTE should come as no surprise to anyone.  I've said it before and I'll say it again, banging your head into things for a living isn't good for your brain.
