Jets Rookie Jamal Adams Says The Football Field Is His Perfect Place To Die

During a fan forum held by the New York Jets, rookie Jamal Adams was asked about player safety.  Adams said that he wasn't a fan of player safety, but understood it.

He then drew applause from the fan's when he said, "Literally, if I had a perfect place to die, I would die on the field.  And that’s not a lie."

There have been a few players retire at a young age due to the recent CTE studies.  I think it's safe to say Adams won't be one of them.

Moral of the story is the players know the risks.  Even without any brain studies everyone knows repeated blows to the head aren't good for you.
