Colts GM Ryan Grigson was on Jay Mohr Sports answering for a rough 1-3 start. In a pretty shocking statement Grigson blamed Andrew Luck's large contract for the Colts failure to build a defense, via Bob's Blitz:
"We have missed on picks, for sure. And I have to be better."
"When you pay Andrew (Luck) what we did, it’s going to take some time to build on the other side of the ball."
"We’ve been in every game and we have no one to blame but ourselves for not having those wins."
That's a pretty idiotic statement about Luck's contract considering he's the one that gave Luck the contract. Unless he was forced to give Luck the contract by ownership. He might be taking a little jab at them for it.
