Carlos Santana Hit A Line Drive A Thousand Miles An Hour Knocking The Pitcher's Glove Off His Hand

Cubs pitcher Mike Montgomery had no shot in hell at catching this line drive.  Carlos Santana hit the ball at least a thousand miles an hour.

I know statcast will have the exit velocity around 110 or something, but there's no way it was an MPH Below 1,000.

The rocket off of Santana's bat knocked the glove right out of Montgomery's hand.  That is turning on one.

  1. Hi admin,
I read your blog, its really awesome,
Gloves have existed as an item of clothing throughout the centuries, much as shoes have provided a protection for the feet. Beyond the many practical purposes however, are other reasons that have determined the use of gloves in human habit.
