High School Softball Team Lost Championship After Premature Celebration

This is the worst way to lose a game that I've ever seen.  Wylie high school is up 6-4 with two out in the bottom of the last inning (whatever inning that is in high school softball) and lose the game 7-4 because they thought they had the final out and didn't.

The bases were loaded and the ball was hit to the shortstop who flipped it to second for the final out and the championship.  Except the runner was called safe at second and during Wylie's celebration the other team cleared the bases and won 7-4.

It's hard to see, but the runner looked out at second.

Fucking bananas.
