James Harrison has an interesting workout he's decided to share on Instagram. One that you've probably not ever seen before. I certainly have never seen it. In fact I'm a little confused as to what he's actually working on.
It looks like he's getting in a good workout of his smashing muscles. Casually air banging over 500 lbs. If that's what he's working on I wouldn't want to be whoever ends up in his bed.
He can probably smash with incredible force.
