Did Marshawn Lynch Announce His Retirement During The Super Bowl?

Marshawn Lynch sent out a tweet during the Super Bowl with a peace sign and a picture of shoes hanging on a power line.

Is it his retirement announcement?  It would be fitting, the post doesn't contain any words.
